Project overview
Mobile game Salsa Valley Cook2Earn is a casual and blockchain game for mobile devices running on Unity, based on the unique concept of making salsa sauce. The game combines elements of cooking, strategy, and NFT collecting. The game economy is based on the $Salsa token.
Unity game engine
Our team focuses on making the user experience fast, reliable and streamlined across all platforms. With the flexibility of Unity engine, Cook2Earn players can enjoy the game everywhere with Internet access on mobile devices (iOS & Android) as well as PCs and MacOS devices.
Unity is a 2D & 3D game engine that has been around since 2005, ideal for casual games. Currently more than 50% of mobile games are made with Unity including popular titles like Pokemon GO, Genshin Impact, Hearthstone, Subway Surfers.
Blockchain Adoption
In addition to a fun-to-play game like other traditional games, integrating blockchain technology and NFTs will help to build a strong connection between players and in-game assets (players controlled Avatars, Buches, Recipes). Many essential functions are needed to make that happen such as game asset issuance on blockchain, gameplay smart contracts, asset trading and management.
Multi-chain approach
We plan to bring Salsa Valley Cook2Earn game to several blockchains to support many user communities. As the first blockchain will be the partnership one with a large user base, fast transaction speed and low fee. In the future, we will extend to several blockchain networks. Our blockchain team (Whimsey Games and Gotbit) has strong experience on handling multi-chain applications.

Ingredients
Types: Tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices, etc.
Rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary
Interactions: Used in recipes to create salsa sauces. Can be bought, traded, or grown.
Recipes
Types: Basic, Advanced, Master, etc.
Interactions: Players use recipes to combine ingredients and create salsa. Recipes can be unlocked through gameplay, purchased with $SALSA tokens, or received as rewards in competitions.
Recipe Books
Levels: Basic, Intermediate, Expert, etc.
Interactions: Purchased to level up culinary skills, unlock new recipes, and gain strategy tips.
NFT Bushes
Types: Tomato Bush, Pepper Bush, Onion Bush, etc.
Rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary
Interactions: Players can breed and grow their unique varieties of vegetables by crossing these NFT bushes. Resulting bushes can yield rarer ingredients.
Rare Vegetables
Types: Galactic Garlic, Cosmic Cilantro, etc.
Rarity: Rare, Legendary
Interactions: These can be grown on rare or legendary NFT bushes. Used to create unique, high-value salsas and can be traded as NFTs.
NFT Sauces
Types: Spicy Salsa, Sweet Salsa, etc.
Rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary
Interactions: Created using recipes and ingredients. Can be sold, traded, or used as fuel in the Shill2Earn game.
$SALSA Tokens
Interactions: Used for in-game purchases, trading, and entering competitions. Earned through gameplay or purchased.
Game Mechanics:
Recipes and Ingredients: Players will create and improve salsa recipes using various ingredients such as tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices.
Culinary Levels: Players start with a basic level of culinary knowledge and gradually increase it by making sauce, completing cooking tasks and purchasing recipe books.
Strategy and Resource Management: Players will make decisions about purchasing ingredients, allocating time and resources to optimally prepare the sauce.
Competitions and Rankings: Players can enter competitions for the best salsa recipe and receive NFT and $SALSA rewards based on their rankings and votes from other players.
User Customization
Players can receive a daily free set of vegetables for their sauces, and will also have the opportunity to breed and grow their own varieties of vegetables by crossing NFT plants with each other.
Players can customize their recipes, prepare the sauce according to the recipe book, or use unique combinations of ingredients and approaches.
Social Interaction
The ability to share recipes and participate in discussions about cooking techniques in the game.
Sauce Trading
Players can buy and sell sauces from each other using the native $SALSA token.
Collectibles
Each sauce will be represented as an NFT that can be collected, sold, or used in another our game - Shill2Earn.
Special Interactions:
NFT Bush Crossing. Players can cross different NFT bushes to grow rare vegetables, adding a layer of strategy and rarity to the game.
NFT Vegetable Trading. Rare vegetables grown from unique NFT bushes can be traded or sold as NFTs, making them valuable both in-game and potentially in external marketplaces.
Economic benefits:
Trading sauces (often led by housewives) and dynamic NFT Avatars (a stronghold of crypto enthusiasts) could lead to a more dynamic and sustainable in-game economy. Sharing skills and resources between these groups will make the ecosystem more resilient.
